The story behind the Hub

We all carry expectations, of ourselves, of others, of how life should feel. Mine are admittedly high. Big dreams, clear vision, steady follow-through, rooted in a belief that excellence is worth the effort. That better is possible, and we should not have to settle for less.

During my career in healthcare, education, and organizational development, I helped build systems designed to make work and life safer, more sustainable, and more human. Often within environments that required much, where the demands placed on people did not always come with the clarity, resources, or support needed to meet them well.

When I stepped into the wellbeing space, I saw a different version of the same problem.

There are more options than ever, but knowing what exists doesn’t necessarily make those options easier to understand or find. Women shouldn’t have to become experts in the wellbeing industry before they can begin exploring what might be relevant to them.

So I built the Hub.

A place to start with what you’re experiencing. A place to understand what’s available, discover approaches you may not have known existed, and find specialists whose work may be relevant to what you’re looking for.

I built it with the same precision I brought to healthcare systems: look at the whole picture, identify where the gaps are, make the information clearer, and create a better way forward.

High expectations, pointed in the right direction, become the path to something better.

That is what I am building with the Hub.

Every woman has a story

Years of building, showing up, carrying what needs to be carried, and making it look easier than it felt.

There is always more to a woman’s story than what people see.

What you’ve learned, discovered, changed, or found along the way may be exactly what another woman needs to hear.

And sometimes, the person, experience, or possibility you’ve been looking for is closer than you think.

Share your story. Discover someone else’s.

Professional Experience

With over 20 years in healthcare education, clinical operations, and organizational leadership, I’ve had the privilege of supporting national teams, building training programs from the ground up, and creating safer, more human-centered systems of care.

I’ve held national leadership roles at Fortune 500 patient care organizations, where I developed clinical orientation programs, led preceptor teams across the country, and supported organizational change with a focus on clarity, compassion, and impact.

That same commitment carries into my volunteer and governance work, chairing the Governance Committee of Blended Pledge Inc., a 501(c)(3), where I help build the structure and accountability that let a mission actually hold.

With Sagittarian fire and a mind wired for clarity and systems, I have always been drawn to what makes people and ideas work better. Now, I channel that energy into my wellness and consulting work, guiding individuals, practitioners, and organizations back to what truly nourishes them, from the inside out.
