The story behind the Hub
We all carry expectations, of ourselves, of others, of how life should feel. Mine are admittedly high. Big dreams, clear vision, steady follow-through, rooted in a belief that excellence is worth the effort. That better is possible, and we should not have to settle for less.
During my career in healthcare education and organizational development, I helped build systems designed to make work and life safer, more sustainable, and more human. Often within environments that required much, where support did not always keep pace with the demands placed on people.
I saw the same gap when I stepped into the wellbeing space, so I built the Hub to close it. A place where fit is assessed, not guessed, where seekers find support that actually works, and practitioners and specialists connect with the people who need their work. Guided by the same precision I brought to healthcare systems.
High expectations, pointed in the right direction, become the path to something better. That is what we are building together
You take care of everyone. When did someone last check on you?
You keep the house together. The job together. The family together. Nobody watching would guess what that costs. You paid it quietly. It added up.
This is not self-care as one more task. This is putting down what you have been carrying and finding out what is underneath once your hands are free.
Professional Experience
With over 20 years in healthcare education, clinical operations, and organizational leadership, I’ve had the privilege of supporting national teams, building training programs from the ground up, and creating safer, more human-centered systems of care.
I’ve held national leadership roles at Fortune 500 patient care organizations, where I developed clinical orientation programs, led preceptor teams across the country, and supported organizational change with a focus on clarity, compassion, and impact.
That same commitment carries into my volunteer and governance work, chairing the Governance Committee of Blended Pledge Inc., a 501(c)(3), where I help build the structure and accountability that let a mission actually hold.
