DIMENSIONS OF WELLBEING

Wellbeing is not a single goal or linear path. It is shaped by multiple areas of life that interact, overlap, and shift over time. The Hub organizes wellbeing into eight dimensions to help create clarity without oversimplifying complexity.

Each dimension represents a distinct area of support, perspective, and experience. You may recognize yourself in one dimension right now, or notice several that feel relevant. There is no expectation to move through them in order or to engage with all of them.

These dimensions are offered as a framework for orientation. They are a way to understand what kinds of support exist and where they may live, before deciding what feels appropriate for you.
